Hisky Medical’s iLivTouch® Mini800 is a modern, portable non-invasive liver assessment system designed for the rapid, quantitative evaluation of liver fibrosis and steatosis.
Based on Vibration-Controlled Transient Elastography (VCTE) technology, it provides two key measurements: Liver Stiffness Measurement (LSM), used to assess liver fibrosis, and the Ultrasound Attenuation Parameter (UAP), used to evaluate liver steatosis.
The Mini800 features a broadband elastography probe suitable for various body types, including adults, overweight and obese patients, as well as children. The examination is performed via simple probe contact, while its portable design and battery operation allow for use in diverse clinical settings.
Weighing approximately 7 kg and featuring a 12.3″ touchscreen and up to 3 hours of battery life, the iLivTouch® Mini800 combines portability with functionality, offering a practical solution for the non-invasive assessment and monitoring of liver health.

Advanced non-invasive liver assessment
Hisky Medical’s iLivTouch® Plus9000 is a state-of-the-art non-invasive liver assessment system that combines Vibration-Controlled Transient Elastography (VCTE) technology with 2D ultrasound imaging.
The Plus9000 provides quantitative measurement of liver stiffness (LSM) to assess liver fibrosis, and the Ultrasound Attenuation Parameter (UAP) to evaluate liver steatosis. Both measurements can be performed simultaneously, offering a comprehensive view of the liver’s condition.
Additionally, the system features the capability for elastographic measurement of spleen stiffness (SSM)—an extra parameter that can assist in the assessment of portal hypertension. This specific function represents a significant area of research interest.
The Plus9000 also integrates 2D ultrasound imaging and color Doppler capabilities for abdominal ultrasound applications, as well as a built-in touchscreen for easy and practical use.
